Hello everyone! My name is Lily, and I am 10 years old. I come from a beautiful city called Guangzhou in China. Today, I would like to share a little bit about myself with you!
First of all, let me tell you about my family. I live with my parents and my younger brother. My father is an engineer, and my mother is a teacher. They both work very hard, and they always support me in everything I do. My brother is 7 years old. He loves to play video games and watch cartoons, and we often play together after school.
Next, I want to talk about my hobbies. One of my favorite activities is reading books. I especially enjoy adventure stories and fairy tales. Reading lets me go to different worlds and meet interesting characters. I also love riding my bicycle in the park and playing badminton with my friends. During weekends, we often organize small competitions, and it’s so much fun!
At school, my favorite subject is science because I love learning about how things work. My science teacher is very cool, and she always makes the lessons exciting with fun experiments. I also like drawing and painting. Art class is a great time for me to express my creativity. I have participated in a few art competitions, and it made me very proud to receive some awards!
Besides studying and having fun, I also enjoy helping others. I often volunteer at a local animal shelter with my parents. We take care of the animals, and it feels great to know we are making a difference in their lives. One day, I hope to become a veterinarian so I can help sick animals recover and find loving homes.
In the future, I dream of traveling around the world. I would love to visit places like Paris, New York, and Tokyo. I want to experience different cultures, try new foods, and make friends from all over the globe. Traveling would allow me to learn even more about the world and bring my adventures back to share with everyone!
